Can anyone who is ordering a new Evo X 2012-2013 confirm if there is a factory-installed aero kit option or is this for 2011 and under models? I keep seeing older cars with this aero kit from factory and wonder if I can get one with the 2013 model, or is it a case of choosing a car from dealer stock with this option- if you get lucky.

 

There is no 2013 model. From what I know 2012 is the last year of the X. As for the Aero Kit goes it was nota available option.

 

I guess it was a factory-installed option available for earlier years- bummer. By the way, I can confirm Coconut Creek Mitsu in Forida has ordered 4 new 2013 Evo X's, so there is in fact a 2013 model. However, it will be a carryover from 2012 with nothing new :-(

 

The Aero Kit on the 2012 is now called the Exterior Package. Same exact package, different name.

This exterior package is not an option when u build the car on Mitsu website and is not on the brochure, so how does one order it? Cost?

Yes it is, I can see it right now. Exterior package is $1500 MSRP.
