Will stock exhaust with test pipe shoot fire or flame out?

I have an ets intake, it uses the stock maf sensor

I have a TBE and I have a good tune but I still have flame. No problems though.

Is it safe to run a straight pipe with stock exhaust & no tune? I will be getting a tune done in a few months...
