clutch pedal assembly question

Can ne1 confirm that if I buy a new clutch pedal assembly OEM part, that the spring below will be included?

Clutch pedal felt "wrong". Had it bled by mitsu many times with no success.
Figured a clutch job would fix it. Nope. ACT-ME1-HDSS Streelight SSline Magnus Evo9cmc and still feels like nothing is there pressure wise on the press down and return.

That leaves me either on the slave (no grinds & drives fine) , clutch fork spring, or the spring on the pedal assembly.

I already ordered the fork spring and pedal assembly, but wanted to confirm with someone.

It sucks when stock pedals feel 3x "firmer" on all the other evoXs than mine and every EvoX driver that steps in my car is like lol did you get a GTI clutch
