one crazy ass day
one crazy *** day
Well thought I would post some of the events of my day. It all began when I decided to tint my tail lights. It took me about 2 1/2 hrs to do this and I was pretty satisfied with the outcome. Everything was all good when I decided to go clean out my car. On the way back I got a service 4wd and asc light. Dammit! I checked for leaks and my fluids. Noticed I was a little low so added. Nope, got the light half a mile later. I was certain i was certain my next stop was the stealership. "So what was different?" My tail lights. I forgot to check the brake lights when I re-installed. Turns out I blew a brake light fuse. Replaced and no service light yet. Oh..also installed my COBB short shifter

its funny how the 4wd system is so touchy with the brakes. When i did my cmc install, i must have accidently bumped into the sensor that is attached to the brake pedal. When the brakes werent applied, it wasnt pushing the sensor so the car thought the brakes were applied which confused the living hell out of the system and gave me the service light, as well as my brake lights remained on 24/7 ...lol.
i heard that alread from a dealership. "We removed your spark plugs and seen that you floated a valve and abit of damage on the piston, we are going to replace the entire long block for $11,000" Ok yea the damage is abit extensive but replacing the long block isnt required. At the very least, new pistons, valves and head.
