what did i blow? Help



Was instaing the Cbcs. Ended up taking off the red "joint terminal" cover. How do i replace this and can i drive the car to work tomorrow?

I believe that's the main fuse block for the engine. And no, u can't drive to work coz there would be no current flowing in ur car.

The car does start and i did pull it torward a few feet to park it in the garage. Looks like a trip to mitsu in the morning.

Call the dealership, you may need it towed, even if it runs.

You know, I was never sure I believed the whole, "disconnect the negative battery" thing. Sometimes I did, sometimes not, depends... I suppose this will cause me to be more diligent.

I've also been thinking about the OP's post title "What did I blow?" and have been struggling to come up with a quipy, risque response. It seemed so easy... something maybe in regard to a drunken college party...but not sure. Can anyone help me here as I think the OP might need some comic relief after his dealer visit...

The car is in my driveway and hopefully we can do the work ourselves. As for updates - im at work all day. My dad is running around looking for the part.
