weird intermittent problems

Alright I gots two problems that come out when ever they want to.. its a 2010 evo gsr bone stock..

First problem I'm having is a cold start.. first starting the car there's a soft but noticable moaning/whining sound coming from the motor area.. but as soon as its fully warmed up and at operating temp it goes away.. I'm thinking a pulley might be going...

Second problem I'm having is a squealing from the motor area at high rpms... maybe 5500-6000 at a hard acceleration.. like passing traffic type of thing.. this problem only happens when it wanna happens.. I'm thinking turbo is starting to fail?

The car still has warranty but see that these problems are intermittent I think the dealership would proably just keep giving me the no problem found excuse.. so just wondering of some of these problems normal or am I looking at something starting to fail?

First: Not sure if this is the case or if you even leave your car outside, but mine does it after it rains or is wet out randomly from the belt.

The second problem could be a loose hose clamp/coupler and causing a very slight boost leak..

That could be my problem. My car sits outside.. and being in Hawaii its usually wet in the early mornings

And thanks I'll check my clamps and couplers when I get a chance.

Moaning/whining? Is it like a squeal? Check the tension deflection on the belt, see if it's worn/frayed/begun to get splits. Theres belt conditioner at any auto parts store. If you throw it on before you start it - does it not make that noise anymore?

I haven't tried the belt conditioner yet.. but it only happens in the early morning.... if the car sits while I'm at work in the sun, when I go to start it to go home its fine...
