I have a dent on my rear door, and accessed the dent from the inside. In three minutes I had the door panel off and most of the dent out with the back of a screwdriver. That said, good dent removers can massage the dent perfect in under five minutes. I'll need to do this in the near future since I'm not very good at dent repair. I've seen good technicians do miracle work. You will look to pay about $100 for a dent, but you can negotiate that price.
