More Power/Tq

This maybe the wrong section but I am looking for some opinions. Right now I am sitting at 326/330 in my GSR. Im looking to hit 425-450hp no E85. Right now I have done:

FMIC
UICP
LICP
Intake
Turbo back exhaust (test pipe)
Grimspeed BC
Stg1 Clutch
CMC upgrade

I am planning on 1,000cc Inj and 340lph pump.

Im trying to maintain as much drivability as i can. Thoughts?

You'll need an aftermarket turbo too. MAP EF2 with cams or MAP EF3 would get you there on 93-octane pump gas. You'll also wanted manifolds and a ported throttle body. 340 pump is overkill, a Walbro 255HP should support your goals just fine.

Check out my build for ideas:

To maintain as much drivability as possible though stay away from cams, lightweight flywheels, and aftermarket clutches for as long as possible. Personally, my clutch is still holding perfectly at 47k miles.

How big of a turbo? What will the stock turbo get me to? I had to swap clutches so I did a stage 1 excedy. It drives fine with that in there.

Anything more than 350whp on the stock turbo with stock cams is pushing it. I got mine to just over 350 before swapping to the EF2.

U could also go with a fp green or a bbx lite by cbrd. Either one of those turbos or the map ef2 should get u to your goal

Gotcha, so new turbo it is lol. My tuner is awesome and he knows exactly how I drive so he tunes the car to me as opposed to a HP number. I am basically looking to push as close to ,my goal without over kill. I dont want to cut corners just not buy $9000 in parts when I only needed $2,000

$2k in parts on an Evo isn't much these days, I think I'm sitting somewhere in the $12k range

Wow, that's crazy 12k for the stuff in your signature? That's paying way over retail and paying a crazy lot for labor

Oh bunch of stuff not listed in your sig.

All the mods in my sig + a set of rota's and I'm at $2900, but I've done all the labor myself for install of everything. Guess that's where I'm saving quite a bit
