Get the AMS ! :-) The first one, you keep your stock O2 housing, the ams one, you don't. AMS ons is better designed.

The AMS downpipe just replaces your o2 housing.

http://www.amsperformance.com/cart/A...-Downpipe.html

Scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see.

The TurboXS is a short downpipe which allows you to keep your stock 02 housing and just put on the Turbo XS Short DP, when the AMS makes you take it all out.

AMS will definately get you better gains. BEcause with the TurboXs ur keeping the small stock o2 housing on, when with the AMS you are replacing the stock o2 housing with a much larger on and one that much more freeflowing.

If you're in the market for a downpipe, AMS is the way to go. You will not regret it. I currently have it installed on my Evo X and absolutely love it. The quality of the downpipe is second to none. A LOT less restrictive over stock. You will definitely see some better boost response.
