Blox and Works Shift
Running the Works Short shifter and BLox lm 490. Theres a bit of thread gap between the Knob and the shift boot. If I raise the collar, (so that the boot goes up to the knob) it causes quite a bit of stress on the boot in second gear.

Is it supposed to be like that?

Sounds like the Blox needs to be further counter-sunk. No issues with my WORKS Grab knob.
