Factory exhaust question

Im in the process of putting back my factory exhaust. How tight do I tighten the spring loaded bolts towards the rear section of the exhaust?

Tighten them down until they don't turn anymore, then start the car and check for exhaust leaks. Tighten more if necessary.

You do not tighten the spring bolts down all the way as Mr. Alien said. You want to snug them down, but leave enough play in the springs for the joint to rotate if needed.

Yup. In contrast to non-spring-loaded nuts and bolts on the exhaust, which the shop manual says to torque to 44 or 56 ft-lbs, respectively, you stop at 30 ft-lbs for the spring-loaded bolts at the turbo and at the muffler. Section 15, page 24 of the 2008 manual.
