So I just installed my Works Short Shifter. I drove it around a little and feels pretty good. The problem is I'm getting a squeak everytime I change gears. Its sounds like it is coming from the lower pivot ball.

My first attempt to install, it was only happening in 1st and 2nd gear. So I decided to remove and re-grease all the points again. Well apparently it made it worse and now it squeaks into every gear.

The shifter comes with the a pre-greased pviot cup, I don't think thats the problem, but who knows. Anyone else have similar issues?

 

Alright, nevermind. I realized my underhood bushing needed to be lubricated.
