Call up a shop like Moore Automotive in VA and get a pro tune.. Maybe get a used testpipe/HFC on here for around 100-150 and the tune will be about 400-500 prolly.. You will be VERRYYY happy with those results. The car will be night and day compared to your '08 tune..
There are plenty of little things you can buy, but I a good tune will give you the best bang for the buck.. But I guess it depends on what you want to do, because once you buy some more mods, you will have to get tuned again prolly..

Why do people seem to buy COBB AP but then that just as many people are selling theirs I am about to get my vehicle tuned and my thinking is, how much will I really need change the tune on my vehicle to justify another $500. So far I am planning on tuning it once, collect a bunch of parts and then tune it again if needed. Does the COBB AP give the the tune for free or is COBB AP just an interface to get the tune into the ECU. I know I could look it up but kind of like the OP, I was wondering this for a while and I am still not clear.
i would get a turbo back exhaust, that is an absolute must as a basic mod. I dont see the point in getting an access port or anything else if you dont have the basic mods on first. I would always prefer an actual dyno tune over the reflash anyway.
Because the new V400 MAP is free and almost just as good as a protune,
people are selling because when they go get their car tuned sometimes Tuner prefer ECU Flash and dont need COBB AP anymore so they sell COBB AP to compensate for the new tune.
