I do like the evo 10, dont get me wrong, but the evo 8/9 will always be the most popular here in the states.

Why is the volume control on the right side of the head unit? Looks like they cheaped out on this minor detail.

damn, I bought a 2013 because I thought it was the last...oh well. Doesn't look like much changed. But always good to hear more evos will be produced.

Seven years with the same basic body isn't he problem. Its a solid design. Lack of simple updates to the front and rear ends every few years is pretty sad though (Mazda has massaged the same basic body of the Mazda3 for ten years keeping it fresh). Same goes with the interior. A complete overhaul of the dash and door trim after a few years (with higher quality soft touch materials) plus additional sound insulation would have gone a long way to address the constant gripes about road noise and bargain basement plastics. And how hard could it have been to add a telescoping steering wheel? Its like Mitsu doesn't even try anymore.

And some will argue that even the stereo is a step backwards

Admittedly, I was sort of hoping they'd pull finger and add a top 6th gear to the GSR. Long shot, I know.

The only difference I see between the 13s and the 14s is the LCD touch screen and the tires/wheels. The wheels are now 18s with a 245 tire from what Im seeing.
