OFFICAL 1st in the US 2014 Evo with equipment list and pics!
I gotta say, this is the reason I love this forum. I'm serious, not sarcastic.
denlin68 just made a comment that was obviously mistaken or just plain confused. While the reply to that comment was rather funny, it was dang perfect and not bashing on the guy one bit.
Somewhere else, poor denlin68 would be covered in poo.
Yay for Evo M.
Carry on.

I really think that the Evo X body as aged well. It is nice that it has stayed the same all these years because that just means the better we get to know the engine and more aftermarket goodies!!
I don't know why people have a problem with the body design not changing for a bit longer than other cars when it was spot on to begin with. It looked great in 2007, it looks great in 2013, and it will keep looking great when they stop making it. I can think of plenty of cars, which got redesigns in the meantime that made them worse.
As far as the interior, that new radio looks terrible indeed. The rest is perfectly fine. I still don't understand why people care so much about having a soft touch dash. Does it give them pleasure to constantly poke the thing? Frankly, the only thing that this version of the Lancer needs very badly was a telescoping steering wheel, but it's obvious that won't happen.
Slight performance enhancements, weight reduction, etc. would have been rather welcome as well, but that's not happening either. In any case, it is time for a new Lancer and a new Evo, let's see what happens.

I like the radio more than what I have in mine. I hate the orange numbers and letters! This would be a nice upgrade for those of us w/o the nav option. I wonder if it plugs in with no hacking?
it pisses me off to no end cause I wanted WW with leather last year. When I called Mitsubishi last August they told me 2012 was the last of the Evo's here we are 2 years later, middle finger to Mitsubishi!!!
