Im searching for hours with no real results no back to back test

Which one will make more power?
Which one will spool quicker?
On which boost (psi) Both will maxed out?

The 3071 and 3076 for that matter IMHO are obsolete. There are a number of bolt-on turbos that not only spool a hell of a lot fast but make as much if not more power. Check into Forced Performance options or the BBK bolons. Simple and they work and retain twin scroll. Once you get to the 35R range they start to significantly pull away from the simpler bolt on units.

 

Both turbos should be pretty similar. But i would say the GTX3071 is the better one. It should spool better and provide similar top end power.

The forced performance HTA3071 is a modified old school GT3071. HTA3071 uses a GT3071 compressor housing with a billet compressor wheel.

the GTX3071 was garetts billet version.

Garrett didn't just replace the compressor wheel of the GT3071. The compressor housing is completely different design.

ATP also makes a bolt on stock appearing/location GTX that retains to the stock twin scroll manifold.
