New to Evo X/Community.

Hello fellow Evo owners! I picked up a 2011 WW Evo X GSR with 2700 miles on Wednesday!! Always wanted a Evo 9, but I decided that I did not want to spend 30k on a 9 with mid life crisis miles, so I picked up a X with super low miles for the same price. The car before this was a S2000, in fact I still have it. I love their community so I hope this community is equally friendly! Don't plan on selling it soon though, it's my dream to have both cars.

Well, as an enthusiast, you can never have too many (hoon) cars.

No tradess :P I plan to keep the X for a while. I bought the 10 yr/100k mi warranty too so that means I won't be modding the car for a while unless I bring it into the dealership to have them install it. (That's what they told me).

I found tons of Evo 9's for 25k-30k ranging from 19k miles to 75k miles. Also because I'm from SoCal, there are tons of people that over price their Evo's. Best deal I've found so far was 26k for a Evo9 SE with 42k miles. Very clean, looked like the owner before kept it in pristine condition, nothing was missing or broken. BUT no warranty though. It was either that, or the X with warranty, and super low miles for just 4k more. :P

Congrats! I have an 11 gsr myself. I think you'll like the x better than the ix in the long run. That's crazy low miles and a great price, good find!

Yeah I did, it's pretty cool how just a turn on a knob the lights go lower. I was wondering why my lights were so low lol. I wanted a navi too but they didn't have it.

Yeah ive never really understood why that adjustment is there...would be better to be able to raise and lower instead of just lowering them...dont get it...

Anyone care to explain?
