Today we say good bye

So last month while I was away at work, my evo got flooded in a freak rain storm and was left in critical condition. After a month long battle, yesterday she lost the battle and the insurance company said she was written off. Now I need to wait and here what they are giving me for her.

So at least for the time being my heart is broken and lonely without my evo. Hopefully I have a ne2 one soon if I can find one near by to buy.

Had thought about that, but insurrance company had it sold off before they even let me know it was written off. So its not an option now. Only good thing I can say is that I hadnt had the time to put my new exhaust and springs on her yet. So at least I know what is going on the new one first.

So they sold it before you agreed on a price.

Aren't they required to give YOU the right of first refusal on the sale?

Sounds like you got boned. Sue them.

I'm going to get new. Just havent decided if im going to get another X or wait for the XI. As for color I will most likely go with white again. It will be a few months before I get it tho as insurrance has under valued the car so im going to have a few grand to pay off on it first.

op. dont settle for less than it was worth. I talked an insurance company into giving me the cost to replace the vehicle not what kbb said it was worth. show them the real going rate for these cars and you should get more $
