Rough to idle to death!

The damn car is rough idling. While im at a stop sign or just a complete stop the car starts to want to die or something. Wondering if anyone has ever dealt with this and how you fixed!?

PS: I did a search through the site and it didnt show any solution. Seemed like the thread just died or something.

Do you have , Upgraded turbo, Upgraded fuel system , upgraded coils , upgraded head, upgraded bottom end, what fuel you running, stock ecu ? , AEM ? , Flashed tuned ?
