Water?? Leaking from left front?

So I bought my 2012 Evo X GSR new as a leftover 3 days ago and today I drive it home from work used my a/c in the beginning of my trip then shut it off about 7 minutes from home I parked in a hydrant spot so I could move the misses car so I could park where she had and then I noticed after I parked and got out that there was a small puddle where the car was by the hydrant. So I checked under the hood no sign of leaking oil seemed fine, coolant seemed fine, clutch fluid seemed fine, and brake fluid seemed fine. So I started the car back up with the a/c off still and see the water or whatever fluid it is continues to drip from the left front right by the pedals or in front of it on the cross member or whatever it is there. Any ideas because I am at a loss and am wondering if I should it bring it to my local dealer or if you guys have the same thing and it is just remnants from the a/c?

What is the substance? Oil like? Coolant like? Check it out with your finger, smell it, don't taste it.

Seemed water like thin and clear as far as I can tell (it is a little dark but I did use my little pocket flashlight) and it didn't really smell like anything. And like I said in the OP it is coming out on the drivers side front by the pedals or in front of the firewall next time I go out I will inspect deeper but that is where the drip came from.

^^What he said. Still sounds like the AC to me. Throw some cardboard underneath it. Find out where it's coming from and what kind of substance it is.

I could just be paranoid but it seems like an awful long time for it to drip after running it and it wasn't dripping with the car not running only while running...

You turned off the A/C, but did you turn off the fan? The fan will hold some of the condensate in the box. If you didn't turn off the fan, relax, as it's almost definitely just water.

If it's just a watery substance, then that is likely all it is. Just check your fluids and if they're full it's most likely from the AC. I wouldn't worry too much.
