Question about my final mod before tune

I have a 2011 gsr with 1k miles on it , first of all i looking for a good tuner in nj. The names that keep copming up is either SC or ivey tune, i have already pm ivey and im waiting for his response as of SC i have already talked to him as well but he does street tune which i preffer dyno idk why. Anny ways my mods for now are rexpeed tp , rexpeed dp , agp cai , and cobb ebc , im running an ots stage 2 and my idle is supper lean (17), reason why i want the tune asap, now before my tune i want to kind of complete my bolt ons stage , im getting a depo uicp and either a fmic or finish my exhaust . I dont want my exhaust to be loud and call the attention of cops , so here are my questions:
Which will give me better gains fmic or cat back exhaust?
Which tuner do you recommend?
Which exhaust is the least loud ? So far is either buschur crossflow or magnaflow please lmk about other "quiet " options and dont forget that i already have a tp.
Thx in advance guys

The ultimate racing has a pretty good muffler that will keep the noise down. you can get the midpipe resonated too if you like. If your running a 3 inch from DP to testpipe i would suggest you to finish the exhaust.

Tuner: Ivey i heard is a good tuner. he's been around for a while now and knows what he's doing.

The reason you're probably running super lean is you have a 3port on and didn't tune for it, although primarily effects you when you're in boost not at idle.

The Buschur exhaust is fairly quiet. Although absolutely nothing wrong with leaving the stock catback and just removing the cat as you've done, that's the main restrictor anyway. When you get past stock turbo size, then it will matter more.

The cat back will give the most gains

I would go to SpeedCircuit. Nothing against Ivey at all. But my buddy went there and spent an hour on the dyno and they said done. Speedcircuit tune seems to be longer which meant to me it was dialed in a bit better.

If you want a quite exhaust. I used to own a Greddy exhaust. Its very quite. I got rid of mine so I could have some more sound!

ETS v2 is extremely quiet my buddy has one it sounds a tad louder than stock at idle and you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference.
