08 GSR @ night. I turned ON high beams, they flickered. I turned them OFF but they stayed ON. I turned all lights OFF, but the BRIGHTS remained ON. I shut the car off and removed the ignition key and the brights were still ON. I put the key in the ignition, started the car then the high beams turn OFF. WTF. 1 owner, 1 accident but it didn't damage the Headlamps. I think it was re-assembled by people who are bad at re-assembling things. I know EvoM is probably the best place to get advice. Any advice?

 

Check the relay.
