DTC C123C and C161C

Hi
Today I went to the icetrack and after a bit of time ice racing, once the car became totally uncontrollable, heavy understeer. 4WD Service Required popped on my dash. Connected to AP and it showed ACD DTC C123C and C161C. Cleared the fault codes and the car was back to normal. I really hope it's not the pump. Should I worry about the pump. I personally thought that maybe it was caused by the fact that the rims were full of snow and ice and ABS didn't read any more.
Car has only 6600 miles, 2012 gsr

I got those codes before when I played in the snow for a while. 2 weeks later my pump went. Not sure it it was related

Edit: doubt you're pump is going on a 2012

I cleaned the wheels from the snow and at the moment everything works. No faults
Now I understand that when the pump is not working then it's not an EVO anymore.

When you drive an X on snow or ice with no pump, you absolutely have to get very aggressive with the left-foot braking. You want to be on both pedals as early as turn-in and stay on the brakes all the way around. Otherwise, as you know, it will just push and push.

I haven't had a working pump for 8 months. The beginning of this winter was awful and I was actually choosing to drive the minivan at times. Now that I've practiced driving with two open diffs some more, I actually enjoy it a lot. The only drag (as it were) is that I can't LFB very well without the harness on and I feel like an idiot wearing it on the street.
