I just bought a 2014 evo x have like 100 miles on it. I do not have the new relay. I just ordered the upgraded one from AMS. In the mean time tho I swapped it with the highbeam relay

One thing to note that the newest relay went back to black and is MR122409

Blue is 8627A024

i've had every single "new", "updated" fuel relay since i purchased this car back in 2009. right now, i have the latest fuel relay (on my 2nd one now) and it sounds like a salt shaker (had it for about 6 months now). other people had similar issues in the past.

those of your with the latest fuel relay, try out the salt shake test and listen to how it sounds.
