Transmission oil

So I'm at 28k and I'm replacing brakes and while I'm at it I'm going to change motor oil and realized changing the tranny oil wouldn't be a bad idea either. Haven't done it yet, am I crazy for waiting so long lol? Just never thought to do it, WOOPS. But anyways, I heard that redline cocktail is the way to go? Any recommendations? Thanks

Yeah, it's something that is recommended to be done every 15k miles.

I believe that manual says to change at 30k intervals, but most change at 15k for peace of mind. And Redline actually makes an official "cocktail" called MTL. As for diff fluid, etc., I personally just use OEM diaqueen.

How does the Redline "cocktail" compare to the Diaqueen?

I just did mine, I recently purchased the car. I replaced all the fluids with AMSoil products, I make it a habit of doing so every 15-20k miles.
