Piecing together my new evo

Hello this is my first thread here on evonm.

Right now i drive a bolt on GTR and am getting a Evo X for a DD. Im looking at a few Evos tomorow.

Ok now the fun stuff. Coming from a bolt of GTR i love power and noise. Although my goal for this EVO is to get power but not so much the noise (although louder then stock)

I plan to get my bolt ons from either ETS or AMS cause i know they are both reliable and well respected.

Exhaust is what is stressing me. Ive never heard a EVO X with exhaust (only on youtube which is hard to tell) I want to keep it civil enough so i dont get pulled over or look like a goof.
if i do

Would this be pretty civil and do you think it would be possible to pass emissions?

Can't really help with this because I am also on the market for a new exhaust and haven't heard many in person but this may be a good place to start. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...st-thread.html

Thanks Ive decided to go with the Akrapovik exhaust. Its quite a few $$ but I think its worth it. Its got a nice subtle sound at low RPMs and really opens up on the top end. Seeing Akra exhaust before I know the quality will be astonishing.

Here is the 14 GSR I picked up yesterday for 3000 under MSRP

Talk to Michael from ETS and he can help you out with your exhaust choice.

But speaking from experience you'll love the ETS turboback exhaust system.

And for only $1700 its a heck of a deal. And since you live in WA you can pick it up locally and check out the ETS warehouse at the same time!
