I had a 2014 GSR base, no RF no fastkey. Then I have my current car, 2014 MR with everything in it.

Get the SS package it's 100000X worth it. As are the leather seats etc.. Nav is even great in this year, which I was pleasantly surprised with. But at least get the stereo upgrade it's fantastic in my opinion.

So this is from someone that has had the same newest year back to back lol. Take it for what it's worth.

That's because you're building an MR. SS is for a GSR. Premium is for an MR.

[QUOTE=Kendogg;11190707]I went from a base model X to a SS and SL. You can definitely notice the difference with the additional sound dampening that comes with the SL package.

How much did your payment increase by? I might trade my base X if i'm financially stable for it.

It increased $100 a month. I traded in a 2012 Base GSR for a 2013 GSR with the SS, SL, interior, and illumination packages.

Also I had negative equity roll over into my 2012 X, from the car I traded in for it. So that negative equity also rolled over into the 2013. Plus the negative equity from the 2012 trade in.

I see... I'm still 4 years away from paying mine off.
How do you feel about your trade in? I'm stuck in between refinancing my car or trade it in

No, not necessarily. Just depends on where you are at on your loan and what the difference in interest rate will be.

When you enter into a new loan, you pay the majority of the interest during the first half of the loan. The same applies when you refinance. So if you have been paying on your car for 2 or 3 years, you have paid mostly to interest and not to the principle.

If you then decide to refinance, then you will be entering into a new loan and paying the interest over again. This is worth it if you are lowering your interest rate by a decent amount. If however you are just lowering it a point or two, it may no be worth refinancing. You just have to run the numbers to find out for sure.

sound isnt that great with the RF but its really bad without it, I'd say just upgrade the system yourself.
