Bad TPS?

I started my car this morning and after i rolled out of the driveway and pressed on the gas, the car hesitated and sputtered, spit up a check engine light and went straight into limp mode where i'd have to put the pedal down half way just to accelerate slowly. I turned the car off, turned it back on, and the car operated normal with my normal throttle response and power levels.

The codes it put out are these

p0223: Throttle Position Sensor Circuit High Input
p1234: Sub Throttle Position Sensor Plausibility

I have no idea what these mean. I did a visual inspection and every connection is solid.

for what its worth, my mods are Injen Intake and UICP, ETS Extreme exhaust & ETS test pipe, AMS downpipe, cobb 3 port, and an open source tune on 93 to 300 awhp on a mustang dyno.

anyone have experience with these codes?
