Got some goodies. Should I slap them on?

So I kind of went backwards. Saw a really good deal I couldn't pass up and copped:

AMS FMIC
AMS UICP
AMS LICP
AMS Intake

My car is stock other than the accessport stage 1 flash. Would you put these on or wait for a turboback exhaust?

Buddy of mine said to find a down pipe and put them on.

Thoughts?

I would wait since its a turboback. If it was just a catback then I would just throw them all on and then install the catback once I get it.

Solid deal there. Feel free to put them on, although with the AMS intake you'll want to get an AP map that's made for the new MAF housing that they use in their design. Do you plan on upgrading your turbo? If not, you don't need to upgrade the downpipe. On the Evo X, the price/performance ratio isn't there. Test pipe will be the best bang for your buck as far as exhaust components go. The catback is fun to upgrade because it gives power, and helps aesthetically. Once you get all your bolt-ons installed, make sure to get a good professional tune

Excellent advice. Must appreciated.

Does the Cobb AP have an off the shelf map to support those mods?

It should. I ran those mods with an ots map on my '08 gsr just fine. Have to use the map intended for the AMS intake.

try and get a test pipe as well. you should be very pleased with the results. Remember parts are all just parts until you get a professional tune.

If your getting anxious to put them on, buy a test pipe and do all the mods at once, then get it tuned. The test pipe is the single biggest performance piece on the exhaust side.
