right head and tail lights don't work

My front right parking light will not turn on, and my right tail light will not turn on. Turn signals on both sides still work. Also, the HVAC lights don't come on. I checked the bulbs they are good. I even put them on the left side to make sure. All the fuses are good. The only thing I've done recent was replace the instrument panel lights. Problems started the day after that. Thanks for any help.

Checked the tail light with a voltmeter today. The lights are getting about half the juice they need.

That means you have a short in the circuit somewhere. Check the wiring diagram for that circuit and start following it back from there. GL

Already did that and everything appears in good condition. Any thoughts about a short/broken headlight dimmer switch causing the issue? I think this could be the issue because the HVAC or A/C lights do not come one as well.

I had a short in my left tail light before. I was getting 5 volts to the left rear tail and it turned out that my left rear side marker was corroded and shorting out. Check all the plugs in the circuit. What I find weird in your situation is that the left tail and the right tail are on different circuits so the fact that both are out is somewhat puzzling to me. Usually its one or the other out, not both. I assume you checked the fuses under the hood correct? I want to say the tails are fuses 21 and 22 but that's going off of memory so don't quote me on that.

Edit. I see its just one side, I reread your OP. Check fuses 21 and 22 under the hood. Both 15 amp fuses and one is for right side and one is for left side. I have the service manual on dvd but not here right now with me or I would verify the fuse numbers. I'm pretty sure its those 2 anyways.
