Yep as long as you have no aftermarket tune, you are covered 100%

Had mine replaced yesterday with aftermarket tune, they even put my request NOT to flash the ECU on the invoice. They had no problems with mods or anything.

apparently the part is back ordered so I am waiting for dealer to get the part...
