random wire in fuse box
Anybody by chance know what this could possibly be here for? I am the second owner and its just hangin out but somebody put it there for a reason. just curious i have seen a couple pictures similar but no description. Thanks in advance!

OK UPDATE: there is a 30 amp fuse hooked up. splits off one wire goes to the attached picture and one drops down below. not sure where? thats the aftermarket intercooler so is it even working with no power or is it getting power elsewhere? slightly confused now? do i hook the wire into the diesel fuse and assume it will power it. at a loss right now?
