No way the Recaros make it state side. They didn't put them in the 15s due to new crash regulations or something to do with the headrest. They won't spend money to certify a one off outgoing car. The Special Action USA edition will be even more depressing.

So basically they put the recaros back in, put a few badges on it, and are selling a 2014 for a higher price than the 2015.

Also, if the Recaros were removed because they didn't comply with safety standards, how does the upcoming focus RS have recaros? I realize it wouldn't be the same model seat, but it shows that simply the brand itself isn't a good excuse for excluding them.

I think the saddest thing is seeing the company that changed the game a few times just turn around and fizzle so unremarkably.

Yea the brand itself is a bit sad. They made the evo an awesome car! But its not for everyone they never really came up with any other cars that caught on and that would be there demise... I tried to sell my wife on a Mitsu SUV but she loved the hondas much more. The fit and finish was just so much nicer...Sad Sad Mitsubishi..

The final edition emblem gave it the extra 22hp.

That they didn't even break 400 or meet the FQ400 spec is just sad. Don't bother Mitsubishi just kill the badass car and go build some lame SUV's nobody will want.
