I see this same questions over and over again in FB groups or readit and know that forums like EVOM have all the answers AND keep the answers there for people to learn from. (IMO much more helpful/reliable info on EVOM than the BS in FB groups). I'm always trying to add helpful information from hands on experience to the forums and after reading through this thread i did not see anyone posting that successfully uses both Cobb and Opensource. This is troublesome as it means people are only pushing what they know how to use, just because they don't know how to properly use the other option. As i stated in my original post that was deleted BOTH open source and Cobb are great options and offer different benefits. I did not see any other posts in this thread making a direct comparison between the 2 so i wanted to share valuable no bias information giving the strengths and weaknesses of both options. I also linked to very valuable info about logging a wideband AFR through the rear o2 sensor which is another very common question for everyone tuning the EVO X open source or cobb AP alike.

I posted to help keep the evoM forums alive and the best place to find helpful information so people don't waste their time on FB. Being a relevant current topic and with the thread lacking anything but one sided opinions i wanted to offer up some no bias information on the subject of Cobb vs Opensource.

haha yes i obviously noticed the post was deleted but thanks for making sure i noticed. Guess i'll just sit back and watch the forums be killed off by the horror that is FB groups, no point to try and post helpful information in a thread packed full of outdated information if the forum doesn't want any new information.
