If you get a new lancer GT plus a reputable turbo kit with install and tune your already almost in used 60k-70k mile Evo price range. Just get the better platform to begin with or just get a used WRX. You'll thank yourself later.

 

Kody.... Seriously? I mean.. Seriously? Get the Lancer GT and put the turbo kit in it. Then when you go to a show or pull into a lot you can tell everyone "yeah it has a turbo" then watch everyone look at you funny and say to themselves "It's just a lancer anyway". Do you understand how much money you're going to be dumping into this setup? It will never perform as a Evo. Just buy a ralliart. Owning a Evo is expensive as well.
