Hi, my evo is only peaking 22psi and tapering down to 20. It is not stock and has mods.. However my friends evo has less mods then me and is pushing 28+psi..
Do i have a boost leak or something? I just dont get it..

 

Possible. What mods are you running? Who installed them? And how do you know the psi? Need some info.

 

depends on what your WGA is set for along with a boost controller, if you have one. a 2psi taper is normal for that boost level.

what the boost setting for your friend's car has nothing to do with yours, though.

how many PSI are you supposed to be seeing?

Ok so i tighten all the clamps to make sure there were no air coming out. Because thought it was a boost leak.. And when i did one pull.. Boom, out of nowhere some strange noise came along and my boost was gone.. Now it wont go past 0psi and it makes wind noise like a turbo does but louder and its not going anywhere.. Hope its nothing too serious.. I wont be able to sleep now till i find the problem. Please help!

You blew a coupling off of your throttlebody, most likely, or the intercooler piping.

 

Sorry if i didnt reply.. I was busy finding oit the problem.. But thanks dude, it was actially my intercooler piping. Got it fixed now.
