boost leak?bov leak?video attach plz help

hi guys...good day....i owned lancer evo3...and i face some issues regarding my car performance...this few days...it seems that my car can only manage to get 140km/h of speed....usually more then 180km/h until speed cut....as i realize that all gears are in full boost when high rev driving but when in 5th gear...it can only touch the 140km/h barrier...im using sheep dog bov....

2nd problem is when i do high rev...car just wanted to stall(refer video) is this something to do with boost leak or bov leak?plz help thanks....video attach...

p/s...car is still in stock evo3
