I'm not saying the Evo X isn't sexy. The Evo X is a sexy car, otherwise I woudn't have one. I'm defintely not a fan of the 7/8/9. When they made the X, they redeemed in my eyes.

Also base for base, I'm pretty sure the VI still beats the VII and VIII until the Mivec IX. And again, dont assume it's just because we didn't get it. We didnt get the VII, I hated that when they revealed it.

so then you know how much better the later lancers then the Mirage. Mirage was a pure garbage car. Lancers were always better cars, so even from there is a pure indication which edition would be a better car. Anyway, some people crazy about VW bugs, that doesnt mean the car is good, just a people love them .

I get that part, i am only saying is dont be such a fan of teh VI unless its a TME. and that is mostly because of sentimental issues, not because the car is the best of the line today.

that is a VI TME interior i put it there vs the base X GSR, the regular VI GSR interior is just pure shame today...lol

so here is the seats for the VI TME, i just posted the dash for both car. The X seats so much better then a VI seats. But the TME at least decent to looking at it , specially in that very ugly interior.

You do realize that Lancer =/= Mirage, correct? There isn't any "were always better" when they are one in the same.

And if the next Evo was so great, it wouldnt have taken until the IX to beat the VI.

You cannot tell anyone what to be a fan of. Doesnt matter; cars, sports, anything.

But this is really going off topic- 1st I never said anything about making my car into an Evo VI, and I never even said I wanted an Evo VI. I do, but it would be a huge waste of money. I JUST bought my Evo X a week ago, I could have gotten an VI. But the reality is it's not Fed legal and a state titled will get crushed. Also, I am not giving anyone anything near the new price of a car that's 15 years old. The Evo VI was equivalent to 23000 USD new in 1999. I love the car but I'm not giving anyone more than the 10-12K it should cost.

I'm not dealing with what we didn't get. I deal with what we did get over here, and my 2 personal favorites of USDM, the Evo X, and S2000.
