This maybe dumb, but every time this thing goes off it scares the crap out of me because I think something is wrong until I read the stupid display telling me its 37* and the roads maybe slippery.

Can this be disabled?

 

Yes it can. So can the seat belt, blinker sounds, air bags indicators, AWD system indicators (fuel pump), Oil Change (Maintenance required indicator). Their was a youtube video on how to do this.. it was posted here on the forums awhile back.... but i am pretty sure it's near to impossible to find it here.

 

Maybe etacs? Google it, lots to know before trying.
