DDM HID Kit help please.
I want to try, but I don't want to mess something up. Electrical is..scary..lol. I guess I can look around. I heard of "Ivey Tune"? About an hour away. Maybe they will do it.
Using a kitfrom the retrofit source in my head lights and my fogs and worth every dollar. Don't just put them in the halogen headlights either you will blind people. You will need to do a retofit to put the projectors in so they don't blind people. My as well do it right.
The DDM kits are decent but I know a guy who has had a problem with lights going out all the time. So I didn't go that route even though other people have had good reviews.

Thanks for your take on your friends DDM experience. Only had one set of aftermarket HIDs..from xenondepot. Worked well, only one dead bulb over a few years.
Ddm kits will do the job. But you can't be picky on light color/output because they are all the same and you need to buy at least two kits as they will more than likely have problems. Do some research on the company, there is some interesting information on how they operate online.
Bergen county your not far at all maybe 20-30 mins, come by my shop and chill for a little while we put them in. I'll pm you my number and the shop info and you come by. my mechanic has a 1000 hp 9 that he's supposed to pick up on Saturday too so you might get to see that as well things crazyyy

xenonhids.com says I need a relay. "It will protect your factory wiring by bypassing the stock harness and connecting the kit directly to your car battery. Xenon lights need 3x more power to turn on and may damage your factory wiring in the long run." Also said I need capacitors, unless I get ballasts with canbus.
dude just call the retrofit resource already and ask them what you need lol... save urself some headaches and needless internet searches. Because well its just the internet and people can say anything lol. But those guys stand behind there products and will replace them np.
