What would you guys price that at I also talked him into throwing the warranty in free, with the research I've done its around 700 below market

I purchased a 2010 MR Touring a month ago with 9900 miles on it in like new stock condition for a few over that; but that was a great deal. I purchased from the same dealer that sold, maintained and bought back. At that time, there were only 13 MR Tourings for sale. 25K with 73k miles is a bit steep.
