I've been using a Blackvue DR500GW for two years now and video quality is amazing. No issues with it so far.

 

I've got a Street Guardian I got for a good price on black Friday, I love it. Only gripe is the sound isn't amazing, but it takes some good video.

 

i got the koolung dash dual hd cam
has gps googlmap etc.

this was my hks dash dual cam before.
saved my *** twice. Police dont like evos but they cant do anything against these Dual. cams with speed gps etc logs. the guy claimed here i cut him of as a lunatic, and he couldnt avoid to hit me. Naturally the cop believed him, untill my broken english explained what i have and show it to them. Talking about discrimination... lol

 

I got Itronics iPass Black ITB-100SPW, and it has HD video quality and provides gps and a connection between cam and your phone via WiFi.

I also have Lukas 7900 ACE. The original one, which works great and very clean install in-front of the rear view mirror. All wires are hidden. Send me a private msg. if you want a pic.

 

How did you like the HKS unit and how much did you pay for it (you can PM if you don't feel comfortable sharing prices in public)?
Why did you switch from the HKS to the Koolung? Does the Koolung show speed as well?

Il be honest the HKS has a lot lesser picture quality then the Koolung .
Also the softwere is seems a very early development in these cameras. So koolung is a better unit, but the HKS still looks much nicer.

I like the koolung a much better though. its smaller both camera. has a screen where you can watch and play anithyng happened and its on the memory card.
shows speed , gps location ( even if you want with google maps)

Also the head unit fits very nicely in the glowdepartment.

I think its juts a lot better unit. the HKS is out dated.
