can you add a clear bra to the back of the car as well if you didnt want to put mudflaps? and does dirt ever get under it? and how long does a clear bra even last?

I'm sure you could add it to the back. Doesnt seem like it would be to difficult to put on the fenders or back bumper. I dont know why or if you would put it on the defuser. But to each there own.

I live in Canada and if you bought the 3M protection package the dealership puts on the 3M protection for you. It also is a lifetime transferable warranty. I believe its also replaceable at no cost every 36 months.

I checked my relays a couple of weeks back. I have the "ACVN 51212" Panasonic one, not sure if that's the bad one or an updated one. I don't exactly know how to test if its still okay or if it's blown. AFAIK, the fuel relay only affect the car when it's on WOT. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Got my 2015 through a dealer here in Toronto back in April 16

Absolutely! They can cover the entire car with it, this way you wouldn't have to run mudflaps. I don't run mudflaps and I have 18x10.5 275/35/18 and I have no rock chips

This is what happens when it's slow at work.

Checked with Google and it showed these threads.

Check via multimeter:

Check via headlight:

To the OP. I don't mean to hijack the thread. I'm sure the info could help you also. Apologies from a Canadian

The panasonic fuel relay is the best of all from what I have read...

From the url I pasted above:
"* New Panasonic relay is available, more information to come if it's found to be an improvement or recommended by MMNA" (that was 8/15). So they must be really new.

Just confirmed all of my relays are panasonic as well. So they have definitely changed them at least on the FEs that I'm aware of.

Congrats on your purchase, my son also bought an FE Octane Blue in March. Only 5200 miles on it and he burned the clucth out of it two weeks ago, $2500 plus tax to replace it as it is not covered under warranty. Considered "normal wear and tear" so it is sitting in the garage untill he comes up with the money. Anyone got any recommendations on an upgraded clucth? Don't know what's in it but I'm not impressed with it.

How did that happen? I heard our stock clutches are garbage but I have almost 10k (km) on mine and it's still good.

Read alot of good things about exedy clutches, might be worth to research about those.

Hopefully he gets it sorted soon so he can enjoy the evo!

Nothing wrong with the stock clutch, your son needs to learn how to drive stickshift better and stop launching it lol.

Stock clutch, properly driven, even if driven hard, should easily last 80k or more imo.

This. Your son is either abusing the f out of it or he needs to learn how to drive a stick. Sounds to me like he is slipping it everywhere he goes. These clutches are actually pretty good. Unless you're modding it is vetter to stick with a factory clutch. They last much longer than after market under normal conditions. Jdznate has 90k miles on his.
