Power Steering Noise on 2011 EVO X

So after changing the clutch and got everything back, the PS started making noise. The noise started after 30 mins of test driving the clutch. The weird sound only comes every time the steering wheel is turned and goes away when the steering wheel is not being used. Can anyone chime in?

Here's the video

.
This is when the steering wheel is turned left to right and vice versa. Sound disappear when the steering wheel is on the center.

I just had to add some power steering fluid to my 2011 MR because it was a bit low and making noise on left turns. Have you checked your reservoir?

So I checked it and its on max. I noticed that the noise starts coming out after the car has warmed up.

Use a turkey baster to remove the old fluid, replace with new fluid. I used royal purple, which worked great. Noise was instantly gone. After you fill it with fluid ( with front end jacked up) turn the steering wheel lock to lock ( I believe with the reservoir cap off) several times to bleed out air.

I did this and you're right, the noise instantly went away! I went with the AMSOIL PS. Thanks a lot!

Super, glad to help! At first I was paranoid my whine noise was t-case, but I figured out that it was just when I turned left. So I took it to the dealer, and they thought it was a bad wheel bearing (they were wrong). So YouTube videos made me think it was the PS, and that nailed it, much to my relief!
