Performance Upgrades

Hi everyone Im new here so im just looking for some advice on modding my 2014 EVO X MR Touring. This is my first boosted car all others have been high HP NA's so im not to familiar with the upgrade path especially with the 4B11. so anything would help

First Time Tune
Current Installed Mods:
STM UICP
Tomei Extreme Single Exit
Ortiz Custom Pod
AEM Oil Pressure and WideBand
ProSport Manual Boost Guage

Future:
GS 3 port
MAPerformance 3.5" Intake
ETS LICP
Tial QR BOV
ETS HFC
ETS 3.5" Intercooler (Maybe not sure if its worth it yet)
Swift Rspec Lowering Springs

I have more mods in mind but im not sure how useful they would be because im still running the stock turbo and fuel system. I would like to upgrade to a 3.5" ETS FM, what do you guys think is it worth it on stock turbo? Goal is 350whp

Second Tune

Turbo Upgrade Path:
ETS 3.5" Intercooler (if I dont do it at first)
MAPerformance walpro 450 kit
AMS Fuel Rail
AMS Fuel Pressure Regulator kit (Fuellab)
ETS open dump downpipe
FP MHI TF06-18K Turbo or Garret 3076R
Oil Cooler
AMS/SSP Trany Cooler


Let me know what you guys think or if there is anything I should add before getting the car tuned the first time at Kaizen. Ill be awhile after the first tune before I upgrade the turbo because I would like to focus on some styling also this car only has 12K miles (7k put on in past 4-5months) so its still new.

Have you done all the fluids yet? tcast, trans and rear end, I would do some performance oils first before going any higher with HP.

The car only has 12K miles so ill be doing a full fluid swap when I change transmission fluid at 30K

If you drive hard most people recommend 15k trans flash. Did you buy it new?

would just stick with the STM LICP and their bell mouth intake. add the tial to the LICP

I'm in the similar situation as you are. I had s2k as a track day car before this one.
Now I'm trying to have Evo X that I picked up a couple of months ago to be something of a compromise, since I'll be daily driving it as well.

I did some research and what I'll be doing is:
Current:
Stage 1 OTS Cobb tune
K&N drop in
2.75 Tanabe Touring exhaust

First tune:
Adding Electronic boost controller
HFC

I think this will increase power levels to where I want them to be while having minimal compromises in therms or drivability. Also planning on replicating OEM intercooler spray system for the track.

I dont think STM makes a LICP for the SST

I dont drive it hard as it is my daily and I bought the car used with 2K miles lol so I would like to say yea I got it new
