Help Engine Overheating Stop Safely

Good evening. Need help. I have a Lancer Evolution X 2013 and this morning I started the car, you turn the key, turn on all the lights but it does not start. Write in the engine overheating stop safety panel and the starter does not start. Could you help?

Thank you.

Sounds like a temp switch failed. Should be an easy fix.
Have someone read the code and research the switch location.

You turn the key and do not turn the engine.
And it lights the message engine overheating stop safety.
