Need help identifying what this transmission shifter part is

Hi, on my WIP 2012 Evo X, while working on the front end, I noticed what I presume is the thing shifting the transmission, is in bad shape. The arm has visible rust, and the rubber boot protecting it is torn. I can't seem to google what this part is, I only get results pertaining to the shifter inside the car. What is the rubber dust cover/boot called so I can replace it? What is this entire assembly called? I might just replace the entire thing. Thank you for any help!

That's the clutch fork in the first pic and the slave cylinder in the second.. They're both iron and will rust. The boot is to keep your clutch dry so you might want to replace it since it's cheap. 2318A004
