Help: Fuel Pump Assembly connector voltage at each pin

Hi I have a 09 Ralliart, the Ralliart forums are dead so I'm posting here since I need some help. I have not been able to start my car, did a bunch of research and troubleshooting and I'm at a point where I need someone to confirm what each of the 5 pins at the fuel pump assembly connector should read in terms of voltage.

When I have the key in the ON position, starting from the left pin on the top row, I read 4.5V, 12V, 0V, then starting from the left pin on bottom row read 0V, and 0V. I do not believe my fuel pump is getting power, looking at the connector and the wires I believe one of the 2 pins on the bottom row should be 12V. Can someone please confirm? Thanks.

Note: yes I checked the relays and although I still have the old black ones, they all passed the test, I swapped in different ones at the fuel pump location and didn't change anything. I also replaced the fuel pump, turned out the stock one was still working since I tested it after I took it out. So it's something else.

Need to know what voltage is supposed to be at each of the 5 pins on the fuel pump assembly connector in blue.

The fuel pump is variable voltage, controlled by the ECU and based on engine load.

I don't have a pinout handy but if you look at the wire colors/gauges:

Fuel Level Sender, Thin AWG: 0-5v
2008-2010 = Yellow/Red
2011-2016 = Red
Fuel Temp Sensor, Thin AWG: 0-5v
2008-2010 = White/Black
2011-2016 = Purple
Sensor Ground, Thin AWG: Ground
2008-2010 = Black
2011-2016 = White/Black
Pump Power, Thick AWG: 9-14v (people report seeing 7.8-14.4v)
2008-2010 = Blue
2011-2016 = Blue
Pump Ground, Thick AWG: Ground
2008-2010 = Black 2
011-2016 = Black

Thanks for the info, I've come across the same info you listed during my research. I can't start my car now so there should be no engine load, with the key at the ON position, I get one 12V reading and one 4.5V, does it make sense that I don't get a 2nd 0-5v reading (temp sensor not powered?)

And it's just weird that I get the 12V reading at the upper middle pin, when the 2-pin fuel pump connector inside the assembly is plugged into the bottom row of the connector that has 2 pins

I wouldn't get hung up on the temp sensor as it won't prevent the car from starting. If you just power the fuel pump with a couple of leads and a jump pack, see if it will start.

Do you have any OBD codes?

No OBD codes other than the SST transmission codes that I was originally battling with before this fuel pump debacle.

So your suggestion is I leave the fuel pump assembly connector unplugged (don't need the temp sensor and fuel leveler for car to start), feed a constant 12v to the pins that lead to the thick blue and black wires for the fuel pump to operate and try to start the car that way? Thanks for the tip by the way.

No codes isn't a big help, eh? Yeah, make a couple leads and connect up a jump pack or second battery to the pump. It'll just run and try starting the car. You might get some codes for the unplugged sensors but if it starts, you'll know it's the pump not getting power and can troubleshoot back from there.

Hey did you ever get this fixed? I’m having the same exact issue except I have a camshaft code.
