2015 EVO X code U0431

Hello all,

I have been rebuilding this evo x from the insurance auction (see link for thread below). It has been running just fine aside for a vacuum leak or hoses connected backward (were melted in fire and believe I have them correct). My next biggest task is the infamous code U0431 and was hoping the EVO team can help. Below is what I have tried. the car runs and drives fine no noises at all. I have added a snippet of the T/s part the manual is referencing to.

Replaced the 4wd ecu still same error
ayc pump is filled to spec
when I first start the car it shows tarmac but goes away a split second later and get the service 4wd system (sometimes if fast enough I can change to snow)
Everything seems plugged in
Followed troubleshooting to be sure etacs is good (brake light test from the manual and everything else functions)
I tried testing the connections but the diagram from the manual only gives me connector names. I am not the best with electrical but I know how to test continuity and rewire as needed. Maybe someone has pictures of the connectors needed to test to see if there is a broken wire. Connector names are below and there are no known blown fuses unless there are hidden ones.

C-46 (should be 4wd ecu connector)
C-41 (assume connector by kick guard and wires should go back to the ayc)
C=104 (this is the one I cannot trace down as there are so many connectors under the dash)
If anyone has pictures of these so I know I am looking at the right connectors it would be greatly appreciated if they can be shared.
