I will start working on a solution. maybe a bracket that goes underneath the front headlight and then hangs down. that would work and no cutting needed. some have already had the front clip off, just need to see if we can tie into something with a bracket.

What the heck was went with my suggeton of just using some large suction cups placed in the middle behind your licence plate in the front, and attach it to the bumper.

Someone school me, does it count if your plate is displayed on your dash? Or does it HAVE to be on the front bumper?

I think that it is state dependent and open to "cop interpretation" meaning if they feel like being a d!ck that day, they will

take a look again :

you could always drill little holes on the plate itself for all the people that do not want to lose too much air. i mean little holes about 1/4" to 1/2" inch apart.
idk my suggestion im gonna do it!

EDIT: maybe a bad idea because it might whistle!

so its great! the plate looks bad where ever you put it
but this was a suggestion only ,you dont need to follow
If you have a better idea i'm happy to follow .

I've found a vovlo bracket works. If you drill 2 holes under the mitsu emblem into the charcoal grille piece you can mount it there. It sits above the intercooler, but below the emblem, right in the middle of the nose. Now, that could be deemed tacky or appearance killing as well. I havent drilled mine yet, for that reason, but its a good alternative. You can probably rig it without drilling too, but thats for someone else to fabricate. Personally I think 2 holes in the front garnish is better than the holes in the bumper. Your car, your call.

the intercooler blocking that little bit of the intercooler isnt hurting it all. theres also a good 6 inches of gap between the intercooler and plate so air definitely makes its way behind the plate.

yes you are right ,
well some people try to make it perfect, and then they find themself, kinda lost in details... who, cares if you can take it off less then a minute and put it back a same time. specially if you have a stock car on the public road
